Orders and shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched within one to two business days. Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days depending on destination. Tracking details are emailed as soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We ship internationally and every order includes tracked delivery. Shipping is free on orders above $50.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched we can amend or cancel it. Once shipped, the return process applies.

Returns and exchanges

What is your return policy?

You may return an unused watch within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The watch must be unworn, with all protective films intact and the original packaging, warranty card and manuals included.

How do I start a return?

Contact us with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the correct address. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as unannounced returns cannot be tracked to your order.

Who pays return shipping?

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect, in which case we cover it.

Warranty

Are the watches covered by warranty?

Yes. Every watch ships with the full international manufacturer warranty. Warranty length varies by brand and is stated on the product page and warranty card.

What does the warranty cover?

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover accidental damage, normal wear such as strap wear or scratches, or water damage caused by exceeding the stated water resistance rating.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We will advise on the correct service centre and the process for your brand.

Payment and security

Which payment methods do you accept?

PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro. All transactions are processed over encrypted connections.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Payment is handled by established payment providers. We never store card details on our servers.

Authenticity

Are the watches genuine?

Every watch we sell is brand new and authentic, sourced through established channels and supplied with its manufacturer warranty.

Will the watch come boxed?

Yes. All watches arrive in their original manufacturer presentation box with the warranty card and documentation.
